For more than 75 years, Carolans Real Estate has been part of the Sunshine Coast property story. Our history began in Nambour in 1951, when Jim Carolan and Bill Symons established what would become Carolans — building a business founded on local knowledge, honest advice and strong relationships.
Today, Carolans remains proudly locally owned and operated by Peter and Tamara Wrigley, who have led the business since 2008. While the Sunshine Coast has changed enormously over the decades, our approach has remained refreshingly simple: know the market, know the community and give people advice they can trust.
